How to use midi sync

How does the Midi Sync feature work?

I have tried to connect the Boss RC500, which can send MidiClock messages.

However I could not see any effect on sushi (the Tempo did not change).

Is there a good way to debug this (the logs did not show useful information)

Hi laenzi and apologies for the late reply. Currently sushi only sends midi clock, it does not sync to incoming midi clock. So unfortunately syncing sushi to your looper will not work. Though it should work the other way around if the Boss can sync to incoming midi clock.
