In the " Advice on Developing with Elk" article there is a pic of a nice I/O board that i guess is what you use at workshops. Is this available to buy?

Not yet, but it will be!
It was just sent off to production so there is probably a month or so util it goes up on sale. We will of course get back to you here on the forum and in our newsletter once its available.
